Bent Ramskov has sound experience as an attorney and is admitted to practise before the Supreme Court.
He works within tax law, primarily on corporation tax, and his core expertise is consultancy on succession, restructuring of both companies and personally run businesses, including demergers, mergers, changes of legal form etc.
He also provides tax-related advice on asset transfers of all kinds, including valuation, advice on tax liability, advice on corporate law and advice to other advisers. He conducts tax cases at all levels, including in the Supreme Court.
He has a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Accounting) and a PhD in tax law.
He is in demand and highly respected as a lecturer. He regularly holds a range of courses for other advisers, mainly on tax-related matters. He participates in a number of interest groups with a tax law angle and has authored several books and articles on fiscal subjects.
