Jens Paulsen provides advice on corporate law, especially in relation to labour law and insolvency, including restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. He also works with commercial agency law and agriculture law.
He has lectured for a number of years in insolvency law and labour law, including at Aarhus University, the University of Southern Denmark and several business schools. He also runs a large number of courses on these subjects.
He is admitted to practise before the Supreme Court, a certified insolvency lawyer and a permanent administrator and trustee of Herning Bankruptcy Court. He has authored and co-authored a large number of books and articles, and in 2011 received the Dreyer Foundation Honorary Award for describing insolvency and labour law problems in a practical and comprehensible manner.
He also functions as an arbitrator, especially in the field of labour law.
