Anette Kusk works with environmental and planning law, construction law, transfer of real estate and board services.
As an adviser to public authorities on environmental law matters, Anette Kusk works on soil contamination, noise pollution, environmental approvals, planning law etc. She also conducts lawsuits and arbitration cases for public authorities and private clients within environmental and planning law.
She advises professional investors and has extensive experience in organising and implementing legal due diligence reviews, including contractual basis and schedules – for both buyer and seller – in connection with transfers of commercial properties.
She is an external examiner for the master of laws programmes at Aarhus University and Aalborg University and for the master's programme in energy and environmental law. In addition, she runs courses for advisers, mortgage lenders, public authorities and others on subjects such as environmental law and the purchase and sale of commercial properties.
