Klaus K. Kjær provides business consultancy and advises on a broad range of Danish corporate law. He concentrates on company law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and international contracts within the offshore industry and elsewhere, and on construction law, advising contractors, owners and the development's consultants. He has conducted arbitration cases and lawsuits in the High and Supreme Courts in this area.
He is a certified board lawyer and a member of the boards of directors of a number of Danish and foreign companies. As a member of the association of Danish board lawyers (Danske Bestyrelsesadvokater), he is taking regular in-service training in management, strategy and financial management etc. As a board member, he focuses in particular on the crossover between commercial operation and the expertise in corporate law necessary to ensure optimal operation.
