Claes Wildfang is one of Denmark’s leading litigators with almost 20 years of both national and international experience in legal and arbitration proceedings. He is a highly experienced litigator before the High Courts and the Supreme Court and he has litigated several matters before the Supreme Court.
Claes Wildfang is specialized in litigation and dispute handling within corporate and commercial law, especially proceedings concerning management responsibility, professional responsibility, business responsibility, and intellectual property rights. He gives legal advice to both private and public companies with national and international profiles, among others IP based companies and insurance companies. He assists clients in national and international legal and arbitration proceedings, prohibitions and evidence assurance.
