Mikael Hedager Würtz works mainly on advising businesses within corporate law, international contracts, M&A and offshore-related contracts.
He holds a master’s degree from Heidelberg University and thus focuses in particular on German law. He advises both German and Danish clients in connection with entering into contracts, EU tenders and court and arbitration cases.
He is thoroughly familiar with the financial, commercial and managerial aspects of businesses and is a member of a number of boards of directors – including German groups’ Danish subsidiaries.
Since 2008 he has worked as a permanent partner lawyer with the German-Danish Chamber of Commerce. He is admitted to practise before the Supreme Court, and also works in labour and employment law and transport law.
