Mikkel Fisker works with tenancy law, property transactions, property development, construction law, criminal law, family and inheritance law and estates of deceased persons.
He advises businesses and private individuals on property transactions of all kinds, tenancy law, including for social housing, and on establishing cooperative housing associations. He also advises businesses etc. on the construction, acquisition, development and sale of commercial leases and properties. A particular focus is business development projects.
He is admitted to practise before the Supreme Court and also a court-assigned counsel and can be appointed counsel for the defence and legal representative in criminal cases. He has sound experience of criminal law, from most types of criminal cases, e.g. narcotics, violence, rape, robbery, theft and other offences against property.
He also has sound experience in the field of family and inheritance law and advises on the division of matrimonial property in the event of legal separation and divorce, on the administration of estates of deceased persons and the preparation of marriage settlements and wills. He assists with administration of estates.
