Thomas Grønkær is a certified IT attorney and advises private suppliers and public authorities on IT procurement, including procurement processes, contractual bases and evaluation of tenders.
He has extensive experience in preparing contractual bases, preparing and quality-assuring tender documents and tenders and participating in contract negotiations. He lectures in procurement law, specifically on implementing and participating in IT procurement.
He also has extensive experience in cases before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement, of which he was an expert member from 2008 to 2012.
