Malene Britt Hansen specialises in the field of direct and indirect tax law. She offers general advice on tax law, including assessing whether the tax authorities’ non-binding notifications and decisions concerning private individuals and businesses are correct, dialogues with the tax authorities on tax cases, complaints to the Tax Appeals Agency, regional appeals boards, the National Tax Tribunal and the courts, advice on restructuring and succession in groups, companies and personally owned businesses and general corporate law matters.
She also engages in teaching activities within the field of tax law and works on general corporate law matters and in lawsuits.
